We can never understand what possesses people to do the horrific things they do. But, thank the powers that be, there are the good guys to help right some of the wrongs in the lives of these sweet innocents. They give us, and the precious lives they attend to, hope–a huge word these days on the faltering orb we call earth.
In the video on the next page, Dr. Karri of Vet Ranch introduces us to a year-and-a-half old pup, named Tuck.
Tuck, “a good boy,” has just been pulled from the Arlington shelter.
Tuck was actually seen tied to the back of a car, being dragged down the street. This sweet pup has very deep lacerations in all four of his paws, on his chest, one on his face and leg.
Still, this boy is cheerful and licking Dr. Karri's, who can't understand what would possess someone to do this.
She's very hopeful that Tuck will make a quick recovery since, in the two days he's been in a rescue, he's made great progress.
But Tuck will have to be anesthetized so Dr. Karri can attend to his injuries.
