UPDATE! Police Investigate Woman Filmed Biting, Beating, Abusing Her Puppy on Subway! (Video Link)

Police and the Ontario SPCA are investigating the woman who is seen beating, biting and pulling the hair out of her puppy in Toronto on Thursday afternoon, August 4, 2017.

The video, showing the unknown woman abusing her dog, went viral when the graphic, heart wrenching footage, filmed by Roxy Huang and posted to YouTube, surfaced Friday.


The three-minute clip, taken on Line 2 of the Toronto Transit Commission subway system Friday afternoon between the Bloor-Yonge and St. George stations, shows the pup trying to get away from the woman who yanks the dog back by the leash. Also recorded is a passenger confronting her. A TTC employee is seen entering the train after the emergency alarm was activated at 4:20 p.m. Friday at St. George station , reports CBC Toronto.
